  2. Include the following details:

    • Invoice Number
    • Careberry Rewards Membership (if applicable): Include Card Number
    • Complaint Details: Describe the issue in detail.
    • Supporting Evidence: Images or videos of the damaged/faulty product, with batch details visible.

Specific Complaint Scenarios:

  1. Non Sealed/Leaking/Broken Products:
    • Clear images or videos of the issue, including spillage, mono carton, and outer packaging.
  2. Empty/Low Volume/Wrong Product Delivered:
    • Clear images or videos showing the issue, along with packaging.
  3. Dirty Packaging:
    • Clear images or videos of the entire open package, mono-carton, and outer packaging.

Processing the Complaint:

  • Response Time: Our team will respond within 3 working days.
  • Approved Exchange: We’ll provide an authorization number and arrange a reverse pickup.
  • Refunds: If approved, refunds will reflect in your account within 10-15 days.

  • Document Required: All returned products must be accompanied by the original receipt and a document stating:

Non Refundable Situations:

  • Neglect or Improper Usage: Damages due to these reasons are not covered.
  • Allergic Reactions: Exchanges due to allergic reactions are not applicable.
  • Personal Dislike: Dislike of the product, fragrance, or color without quality issues is not covered.
  • Gift Boxes: Not applicable for exchange or refund.
